if you're looking to buy a condo...

check out my buddy's condo. you can click the link or use the MLS number (27191157) on a real estate site like johnlscott.com. i've never thought about buying a condo, but if you're in the market for something nice and affordable that's in easy walking distance of basketball courts, tennis courts, and a baseball field, this is a good one. the living room is nice for eating nachos and watching seahawks games (and the kitchen is nice for making the nachos).
